Newcastle Myeloma Support Group is an active and well attended group of myeloma patients and family members coordinated by the nurses at the Freeman Hospital.
The Group meets bimonthly for an informal get together over tea and coffee and guest speakers are often invited along to give talks on relevant topics relating to myeloma and its treatment. Coffee mornings are also held and a Christmas social.
The Group welcomes anyone affected by myeloma and more information is available from the Support Group Leader.

This Group is planning to resume face-to-face meetings in October 2022. Please get in touch with the Support Group Leader for further information.
2022 Meeting Dates:
St. Francis Church is just behind the Maggie’s centre at the Freeman hospital. There is a small car park at the venue or people can park at the hospital. Please do not park in the surrounding streets of the church.
