The Kent & Medway Haematology Support Group has been set up by Dr Lalita Banerjee and is for patients and family members from Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Medway, Swale, Thanet, Gravesend and the surrounding areas.
We are a friendly group who meet regularly throughout the year to share their experiences of myeloma, hear from guest speakers about various aspects of living and coping with everything myeloma brings. The group is open to anyone affected by myeloma AL amyloidosis, leukaemia and lymphoma.
The group now usually meets on the 3rd Thursday of February, April, June, September and November.
We plan to meet at the venue above from June onwards, but please confirm meeting dates and times with the Support Group Leader.
